Felsberg Advogados announced that five lawyers have been promoted to new partners to reinforce the firm’s practice areas
Felsberg Advogados announced the promotion of five lawyers to new partners to reinforce the firm’s practice areas: Environment and Sustainability; Restructuring and Insolvency; Corporate and M&A; Tax; and Litigation and Arbitration.
Flavia Ganzella, Tax (pictured top left): with a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), Flávia will join our team of partners working in Tax Law. She has over 15 years of experience in Tax Litigation and is in charge of the administrative and judicial areas.
Leonardo Ribas, Litigation and Arbitration (pictured top right): a graduate of Pontifícia Universidade de São Paulo (PUC/SP) and with 20 years of experience in Strategic Litigation and Arbitration, serving national and foreign clients, Leonardo will continue to work in complex national disputes, involving different areas of law.
Mirella Kaufman, Corporate and M&A (pictured bottom left): a specialist in Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), Mirella has been part of the Felsberg Advogados team since 2018. With over 15 years of experience, she has consolidated her expertise in negotiating commercial contracts and in joint venture and venture capital operations, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as coordinating legal audits.
Tasso Cipriano, Environment, Sustainability and Waste (pictured bottom center): with a Doctorate in Environmental Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and from the University of Bremen in Germany, Tasso advises national and foreign clients from all sectors of the economy in the most varied aspects of Environmental Law, with extensive consulting and litigation activities.
Thiago Dias Costa, Restructuring and Insolvency (pictured bottom right): with a Doctorate in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), Thiago has been part of the Felsberg team since 2014, working in advisory and litigation law in the area of Corporate Insolvency, in national and international bankruptcy and company recovery processes.
