With a focus on the future of the legal market and business synergy, Felsberg Advogados reinforces its Infrastructure and Energy practice with the arrival of Ligia Schlittler, who worked for four years at Tozzini Freire Advogados.
The new partner arrives at Felsberg to expand the Electric Energy segment, which has had great growth in the country, strengthening the firm’s policy of valuing female representation.
Lígia has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and in infrastructure projects, with solid background in the development and legal structuring of projects, project finance, regulatory, corporate and contractual issues in these sectors.
Experience with EPC contracts, equipment supply contracts, O&M contracts, power purchase agreements, green financing, ESG, among others. Strong performance also in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
