Ferraz de Camargo e Matsunaga Advogados announces new partner

Ferraz de Camargo e Matsunaga Advogados (FCAM) has a new partner for the areas of family office & private clients and financial services. Rafael Perito Ribeiro (pictured) arrives to reinforce the team led by managing partner Marcos Matsunaga.

Perito has extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked for nearly two decades in large banks and consulting firms. In recent years, he held the position of senior manager (VP) of the tax department of JP Morgan in Brazil, where he was responsible for the business lines of Asset and Wealth Management, Investment Banking, International Custody, besides being responsible for tax litigation.

At FCAM Advogados, he will focus on consolidating the family office & private clients and financial services segments, strengthening the firm’s relationship with the financial services and wealth management ecosystem and expanding the practice to markets other than São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, with a focus on entrepreneurial families and entrepreneurs.
