Ferrere names new management team in Bolivia
Ferrere has announced its new management team in Bolivia, led by country head Diego Villarroel (pictured).
The management team is also made up of Pablo Heredia, Natalia Dalenz, Jorge Palza, Mauricio Viscarra and Brenda Eterović.
Diego Villarroel focuses on, and has ample experience in, arbitration and litigation, antitrust and banking. Pablo Heredia focuses on labour law, social security and corporate law, while Natalia Dalenz forms part of the firm’s international arbitration practice.
Jorge Palza focuses on M&A, the creation of joint ventures, and corporate affairs, while Mauricio Viscarra focuses on tax for local and international companies operating in the Bolivian market. Brenda Eterović is an associate and focuses on intellectual property, regulatory matters and corporate and commercial laws.
Ferrere has been present in Bolivia for 15 years as a full-service firm, with practices covering M&A, corporate law, labour law, banking and finance, tax and conflict resolution, and this month opened new offices in the country, in Equipetrol Norte, the exclusive business district of Santa Cruz.
The firm is also present in Ecuador, Paraguay and Uruguay, with 36 partners across South America and more than 200 lawyers, representing local and multinational companies.
