Ferrere appoints Erika Bañuelos as partner
Ferrere has announced the addition of Erika Bañuelos (pictured) as a partner in its Paraguay office to strengthen its tax and customs practice.
Erika advises on corporate restructuring and tax optimisation for clients. She assists before tax, customs and judicial authorities in administrative and contentious-administrative matters.
She teaches ‘Régimen Legal de las Empresas’ at the School of Administration of the National University of Asunción. She is also a correspondent for the IBFD in Paraguay and writes articles specialising in tax matters.
Erika graduated as a lawyer and notary with honours from the National University of Asuncion and holds a Master’s degree in International and European Tax Law with emphasis on customs law and international trade from the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands.
