Ferrere assists Fini on its arrival to Bolivia
Ferrere has assisted the Spanish candy and sweets producer Fini in its start-up of operations in Bolivia.
The consultancy involved accompanying the company in the incorporation of the company, obtaining all registrations and permits from the country’s regulatory authorities and the implementation of its commercial and labour strategy.
This transaction is part of the expansion process in Latin America of The Fini Company, which already has a significant presence in Spain, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Colombia.
Ferrere’s team was led by partner Diego Villarroel (pictured), with support from senior associate Pablo Heredia, together with associate Alejandra Vaca.
