Ferrere assists in first CAF issue in Paraguay

Ferrere has assisted the Comisión Andina de Fomento (CAF – development bank of Latin America) in meeting the regulatory requirements and preparing the necessary documentation for its registration as an Issuer in the Paraguayan Securities Market Registry; as well as in the launch of its first global issuance programme in the local currency market before the Asunción Stock and Commodities Exchange (Bolsa de Valores y Productos de Asunción).
