Ferrere changes managing partner in Paraguay
Ferrere has announced the replacement of its managing partner in Paraguay, Nestor Loizaga (pictured left), by Carlos Codas Zavala (pictured right), who will take his place from 1 January 2024.
After 20 years in the position, Nestor Loizaga is stepping down due to the firm’s policies that encourage the permanent generation of new leadership. However, Nestor will continue as a partner of the firm and as a point of reference for the office and the team.
Carlos Codas joined the firm in 2016 as a partner specialising in civil, commercial, financial, insolvency, administrative, public procurement and litigation. He leads legal proceedings with a focus on commercial and administrative litigation.
