Ferrere counsels Adama start-up in Bolivia
Ferrere has counselled Adama, a global agribusiness company, on its direct entry into the Bolivian market.
Although Adama’s products were already present in the country through a local partner, it recently formally started operations with a subsidiary in Bolivia.
The consultancy involved obtaining all registrations to operate, as well as for the sanitary registration of several commercial products, which will allow it to fully operate in the country.
The company produces and markets herbicides, insecticides and fungicides for agriculture in more than 45 countries.
Ferrere’s team was led by managing partner in Bolivia, Diego Villarroel (pictured), together with a team of professionals that included Natalia Villarroel, Alejandra Vaca and Camila Hurtado.
