Ferrere Ecuador acts for Autolíder in buyout by Inchcape

Ferrere Ecuador has advised Autolíder, the representative of Mercedes-Benz in Uruguay and Ecuador, on its acquisition by British automotive retailer and distribtor Inchcape.

Daniel Robalino Orellana of FerrereThe acquisition marks the continuation of Inchcape’s expansion in Latin America, which acquired companies in Panama and Costa Rica in 2018, as well as operations in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru.

Ferrere partners Daniel Robalino (pictured), Jesús Beltrán and Martín Pallares, with associate Juan Bernardo Guarderas, led the law firm’s team advising Autolíder.
