Ferrere represents EnvíoPet in restructuring

Ferrere has represented EnvíoPet in its corporate restructuring in Bolivia. The transaction consisted of the acquisition of 99% of Epet Hold’s equity interest in the Bolivian company.

Epet Hold is a US-based company and a member of the same group as EnvíosPet.

EnvíosPet is a petshop with a wide variety of products for dogs and cats, with a special focus on e-commerce, express delivery and customer service, currently expanding, now with offices in Paraguay.

Ferrere’s team was led by partner Diego Villarroel Salvatierra (pictured), with support from lawyers Pablo Heredia and Santiago Rodríguez Alonso.

Lazo also assisted in the transaction through José Pablo Mosquera.
