Ferrere represents MARE in launch of operations in Bolivia
Ferrere has represented The MARE Group in its start-up operations in Bolivia. The advisory involved the incorporation of the company, installation of commercial and labour issues, as well as obtaining import permits and registrations and various formalities with the country’s regulatory authorities.
The MARE Group is a Uruguayan company, also based in Paraguay and Argentina, which represents and imports GE HealthCare medical equipment. In Bolivia, MARE represents the Ultrasound division.
Ferrere’s team was led by partner Diego Villarroel Salvatierra (pictured), together with lawyers Pablo Heredia and José Rivero.
