Ferrere represents Nuseed in Uruguayan market entry

Ferrere has represented Nuseed, the technology platform of Nufarm (a global crop protection and agricultural technology company), in a transaction that involved the purchase of assets of Uruguayan company LEBU, a local leader in seed production and distribution, marking the entry of the Nuseed group into the Uruguayan market.

Since 2013, and also with a strategic alliance with the advice of the firm, LEBU acted as the exclusive distributor of Nuseed seeds in Uruguay. With this operation, Nuseed takes over the marketing and distribution of its seeds in the market.

Bill Robison and Federico Matt acted as in-house legal advisors to Nuseed.
