Ferrere represents Regional AFPISA in first investment fund

Ferrere, through its team in Asunción, has represented the fund manager, Regional AFPISA, in relation to the launch of its first investment fund.

This turns out to be the first income real estate fund (listed) to be registered in Paraguay, and was created in conjunction with EYDISA Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, a local real estate development company.

Thanks to this operation, investors will have the opportunity to invest in corporate real estate without assuming the risk associated with its acquisition.

The funds raised will be invested in office buildings located in the corporate epicentre of Asunción, which are already leased. The fund has a target return at the end of 5 years of between 7.25% and 7.75% per annum, the returns of which will be distributed to its shareholders on an annual basis.

The advice included the drafting of the fund’s internal regulations, the offering memorandum and all the documents necessary for its structuring, as well as the filing of the documents with the National Securities Commission and its registration with the Asunción Stock and Commodities Exchange.
