Ferriani Jamal advises on the sale of telecom targets to Tecpar
Ferriani, Jamal, Fornazari, Sartori & Sanchez Advogados advised on sale of telecom targets to Brasil Tecpar. The company has announced and signed the acquisition of 57,4% stake of ALT Telecom, GGnet Telecom and Itelfibra Telecom, becoming its controlling shareholder since August.
Such M&A transaction’s was dealed for the value of US$ 67.9 million. BrasilTecPar may also but the remaining 42,6% stake in the coming years, according to the M&A contract.
Ferriani, Jamal, Fornazari, Sartori & Sanchez Advogados advised the sellers and relied on partners Rafael Biondi Sanchez, Bruno Sartori and Daniel Nocetti (pictured from left to right) and the associate Luã Prado Tiozzi.
Cescon Barrieu advised BST on the submission to CADE of the Merger Case relating to the full acquisition of Nova Rede Telecom and relied on partner Ricardo Gaillard and associates Mayara Lins Ogea and Lucas Longhitano.
SST – Silva, Santana & Teston Advogados has advised the buyer.
