Fialho Salles advises Gmaia on the transaction with Priner

Fialho Salles Advogados advised the founder of Gmaia, Gustavo Maia, on the transaction with Priner Serviços Industriais, which resulted in the purchase of 51% of the shareholding in Gmaia.

Gmaia is a construction company that has a prominent role in the infrastructure market, offering specialized services in waterproofing, protection, reinforcement and recovery of structures.

Priner announced that the transaction is in line with its strategic plan. The company seeks to expand its service portfolio, its geographic coverage and the technological content of the solutions offered.

Partner of Fialho Salles, Patrícia Alvarenga (pictured), associate Eduardo Rufini and intern Sofia Prado supported Gmaia’s shareholders in the transaction.

Berith Advogados advised Priner and relied on lawyers Mariana Meneguetti and Felipe Souto.
