Fibra UNO returns to Holland & Knight in Mexico for bond financing
The Mexican office of Holland & Knight advised Fibra UNO in the reopening of $500 million in bonds.
Fibra UNO is Mexico’s largest REIT (real estate investment trust). The bonds will be be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment and acquisitions.
The deal includes the reopening of up to $200 million, at a 5.25 percent yield, and $300 million, at a 6.96 percent yield, in senior unsecured notes due in 2026 and 2044, respectively.
