Fleichman strengthens its corporate practice with a new partner
Fleichman Advogados has a new partner: Luciene Pandolfo (pictured). With a professional background strongly based on the corporate management of legal departments in large national and international companies, the new partner arrives to boost corporate demands with her extensive expertise in governance, compliance, contracts, institutional relations and regulated markets.
With a Master’s degree in Obligations and Contracts Law from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP) and an MBA in Business Law and Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), Luciene has a consolidated career in the corporate market, which began almost 30 years ago, holding important leadership positions and playing a key role in corporate restructurings.
She has experience and in-depth knowledge of regulated markets such as sugar-energy, oil and gas, insurance and telecommunications infrastructure, and has always stood out as a high-performance professional with unwavering ethics.
She currently chairs the OAB/SP’s Special Commission for Law and Economics Studies, which promotes discussions on the economy and its impact on legal business.
With solid experience in institutional relations involving governmental bodies and regulatory agencies, M&A operations and projects aimed at infrastructure, sustainability and social development, the new partner has a vision of how to deal with these issues.
