FLH accelerates growth in the M&A market with a new partner

Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados (FLH) announces the arrival of José Eduardo Marretti (pictured) as a new partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and private equity practices.

Marretti’s integration is directly aligned with FLH’s strategic growth plan and with the strengthening of a practice that is already well established within the firm, currently led by partners Vitor Henriques and Gabriela Sella.

With a solid career in the M&A and Private Equity sectors, he was a partner at Lobo de Rizzo Advogados, where he worked for more than 15 years, and also worked at other renowned firms, including the Chilean law firm Morales & Besa.

The new partner holds an LL.M. from University College London (UCL) and a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
