FLH act as deal counsel on the public offering of Avenue’s issuance

FLH has advised Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, as lead arranger, and Avenue Holding, as issuer, in the public offering of Avenue’s first issuance of commercial notes, in a single series, in the total amount of BRL 50 million.
