FLH acted as deal counsel on the issuance of CRI

FLH has advised BR Partners Banco de Investimento, Artemis 2022 Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário and Bari Securitizadora, in its 32nd issue of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) which are backed by credit rights arising from lease contracts entered into with Companhia Brasileira de Distribuição and represented by Real Estate Credit Certificates (CCI) assigned by Artemis 2022 Real Estate Investment Fund, in the total amount of BRL 129,851,242.71.

The real estate receivables certificates were publicly offered to professional investors pursuant to CVM 160.
