FLH advise Camil on the issuance of CRA by Eco Securitizadora
FLH advised Camil Alimentos, as debtor, in the 329th issuance, in three series, of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA) by Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio in the total amount of BRL 650 million, which were publicly offered for qualified investors (as defined in the applicable regulation).
The CRA were backed by unsecured debentures, not convertible into shares, in three series, issued by Camil. The proceeds of the offer will be used by Camil to fund the purchase of agricultural products.
FLH has advised the debtor, Camil Alimentos and relied on partners Gabriel Leutewiler (pictured left) and William Rizzi (pictured center), and associates Júnia Cidade and Victor Schroeder.
Cescon Barrieu advised the counterpart and relied on partner Alice Brandão (pictured right), associates Karina Rodrigues and Lucas Ubiratan.
