FLH advise on CRI issuance backed by Vitacon
FLH has advised BR Partners Mercado de Capital and Vitacon Participações, as deal counsel, in connection with the 363th issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) by Opea Securitizadora, which are backed by credit rights due by Vitacon Participações and its affiliates as a result of the issuance of three bank credit bills.
The transaction value was BRL 104 million. The real estate receivables certificates were publicly offered to professional investors pursuant to CVM 160.
