FLH advise VERT on its issuance of real estate credit certificates
FLH has advised VERT Companhia de Securitização in its 133th and 134th issues of real estate credit certificates backed by diversified credits, in the amounts of BRL 35,277,000 and BRL 35,488,000, respectively. The transaction value was BRL 70,765,000.
FLH has advised VERT and Creditas Soluções Financeiras as deal counsel and relied on partners Gabriel Leutewiler and William Rizzi (pictured from left to right), and associates Paulo Garcia and Vinicius Nascimento.
