FLH advised on issuance of CRA of Portal Agro

Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados assisted coordinator StoneX and securitization company Opea in structuring, drafting and reviewing the instruments related to the R$ 127,000,000 issue of Certificates of Agricultural Receivables (CRA) of Portal Agro, an agricultural input distributor headquartered in Paragominas, Pará.

The funds from the issue will be used to purchase inputs and develop technological solutions.
