FLH advises Kenerson on the Go Kenerson Credit Rights Investment Fund
Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados assisted Kenerson Indústria e Comércio de Produtos Ópticos Ltda.
FLH acted as legal advisor to Kenerson Indústria e Comércio de Produtos Ópticos Ltda. in the structuring and preparation of the documents related to the 1st issue of senior quotas, mezzanine subordinated quotas, and junior subordinated quotas of the Kenerson GO Credit Rights Investment Fund, established under CVM Instruction 356.
The Fund’s objective is to acquire credit rights arising from the sale of prescription frames and sunglasses, and respective accessory products, by Kenerson to Kenerson’s client storeowners.
The total volume of the issue corresponded to R$100 million reais.
The company was advised by partner Gabriel Leutewiler (pictured) and associates Paulo Garcia and Nicolas Teodoro de Menezes Silva.
