Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados announced the arrival of Flávia Reis as a new partner

Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados (FLH) annouced Flávia Reis (pictured) as a new partner and head of the firm’s Environmental, Sustainability, and ESG practice.

She has a Master’s degree in Environmental Law from UKC – University of Kent at Canterbury (United Kingdom) and over 20 years of solid experience in Environmental Law, Sustainability, Environmental Management, and ESG.

Flávia Reis has extensive experience in the development of solutions for litigation and social and environmental issues in various branches of business, such as agribusiness, automotive, petrochemical, power generation, urban planning, and infrastructure.

Her career has notably included the development and approval of sustainability strategies with shareholders, boards of directors, and international funding agencies, in addition to management and communication with stakeholders for the implementation of sustainability actions.

She has extensive experience in licensing projects, including the preparation and technical and legal coordination of dozens of environmental studies of high complexity, planning and monitoring of studies of indigenous, quilombola, traditional communities, and historical and archaeological heritage.

Flávia is also strongly active in negotiating agreements with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Environmental Agencies, IPHAN, and FUNAI, among others.
