FLH and BZCP on the acquisition of Nativa by Agro Amazônia
Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados advised Agro Amazônia (distribution company from Sumitomo Corporation Group) on the acquisition of Nativa Agronegócios, a company with a leading presence in the agricultural inputs and fertilizers distribution business with focus in the state of Minas Gerais, wich was represented by Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados.
The conclusion of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent standard for this type of transaction, including the approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense – CADE.
