FLH and Cescon Barrieu advise on CRI issuance
FLH has advised Star Loc QCA 9 Operações Imobiliárias, acting as assignor of real estate receivables, in connection with the 326th issuance, in a single series, of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) by Riza Securitizadora, totaling BRL335 million (approximately US$62 million at current exchange rates). The certificates were publicly offered under the automatic registration procedure set out in CVM 160, and were directed at professional investors.
The CRI were backed by real estate receivables arising from a lease agreement payable by FS I Indústria de Etanol. XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as lead arranger of the offering.
FLH’s team was led by partners Gabriel Leutewiler and William Rizzi, supported by associates Junia Cidade, Cristhiano Coppola and Stephanie Farroco.
Cescon Barrieu advised the counterparty in the transaction, with partner Lucas Padilha working alongside lawyers Ana Campos and Breno Cavalheiro.
