Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados’ M&A team advised VIVEO, a public company in the healthcare sector (VVEO3), in the acquisition of Azimute Med Consultoria e Assessoria S.A., a company with a strong presence in the healthcare sector, including activities in patient support programs, represented by Lefosse Advogados.

The conclusion of the transaction is subject to the implementation of certain conditions precedent usual to this type of transaction, among which the approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense – CADE.
