FLH and Martinelli advise on the acquisition of G3 by Pluma
Franco Leutewiler Henriques advised G3 Agroavícola, a leading company from Northeast Brazil specialized in the production of fertile eggs and day-old chicks, on the sale of a majority stake to Pluma Agroavícola, the largest producer of fertile eggs and broiler chicks in Latin America, which was advised by Martinelli Advogados.
The transaction strengthens Pluma’s strategy of expansion and market consolidation, enhancing production scale and the supply of high-quality poultry products in Brazil.
The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent, as well as the required legal and regulatory approvals.
