FLH and Tauil & Chequer advise on M&A between Solar and RZK
Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados advised Solar Gold Brasil on the M&A transaction involving the sale of four solar power generation plants to the RZK Energia Group, which was advised by Tauil & Chequer in association with Mayer Brown.
The transaction represents an increase in RZK’s renewable generation capacity and improved service to the market, as well as continued investor interest in this strategic sector of the Brazilian economy.
