FLH announces a new partner to strengthen areas
Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados (FLH) has announced Allan Borba Bercht (pictured) as a new partner in the banking, finance, and capital markets practice, with a special focus on debt capital markets (DCM) and structured finance.
The move is part of FLH’s strategy to expand the capacity and technical depth of its already renowned practices, currently led by Gabriel Leutewiler, together with William Rizzi.
With almost twenty years of experience and having been a partner at renowned Brazilian law firms, Allan brings a broad vision of the sector and expertise in public offerings, structured finance, and debt restructuring. Allan holds an LL.M. from University College London (UCL), specializing in International Banking and Financial Law.
With Allan’s arrival, FLH strengthens its position as one of the most specialized law firms in complex transactions involving debt, offering clients strategic and technical solutions aligned with market needs.
