FLH assists issuance of CRI by True Securitizadora

FLH Advogados advised True Securitizadora and Terra Investimentos in the public offering of real estate credit certificates of the 217th issue of True Securitizadora, in two series, backed by commercial notes issued by Atrium Participações, in the total amount of BRL 115 millions.

Terra Investimentos Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as lead arranger.
