FLH assists Coopeavi in issuing commercial notes
FLH has advised Caixa Econômica Federal, as lead arranger, and Cooperativa Agropecuária Centro Serrana, as issuer, on its first issuance commercial notes, in a single series, in the total amount of BRL 50 million, which were publicly offered to professional investors.
The obligations under the commercial notes were secured by a first lien security interest on certain permitted investments kept on an escrow account.
FLH has acted as deal counsel to Caixa Econômica Federal and Cooperativa Agropecuária Centro Serrana and relied on partners Gabriel Leutewiler (pictured left) and William Rizzi (pictured right), associate Luís Schiavinato and trainee Maria Julia Ferraz.
