Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados acted as legal counsel to Comfrio

Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados assisted Comfrio in the structuring of a R$50 million Certificate of Real Estate Receivables (CRI), to be distributed via a 476 offering.

Comfrio is an industry leader that has been operating in the market of intelligence in logistics solutions for the food and agribusiness chain for more than 20 years.

The operation expires in 2026 and is backed by Real Estate Credit Notes (CCI).

The firm’s partners are Gabriel Leutewiler (pictured) and associates Welson Rodrigues, Paulo Garcia, and Rodrigo Zaccaharias.
