FLH Advogados participated in the sale of the Camarotti and Terra Groups to the Japanese company Ihara
The M&A team of FLH Advogados has concluded the sale to the Japanese multinational Ihara of the Camarotti and Terra Groups, both specialized in agricultural inputs and solutions and headquartered in the states of Pernambuco and Alagoas, respectively. These are two of the most relevant M&A operations in the Northeast, which reinforce the importance and vocation of the region in the national agribusiness scenario.
Franco Leutewiler Henriques advised the selling groups with partners Vitor Henriques (pictured left) and Gabriela Sella (pictured right) and associates Diego Oliveira and Theodoro Soares.
Pereira Neto Macedo advised the buyer with a team formed by partner Gabriel Rocco, Mônica Arruda, Marina Krepel, Ricardo Pastore and associate Felipe Pelussi.
