FLH assists Novakem on the sale of stake to Oriental Yuhong
Franco Leutewiler Henriques (FLH) assisted Novakem Indústria Química, a leading Brazilian company specialized in high-performance chemical additives for concrete and cement, on the sale of a significant equity stake to Oriental Yuhong, a major Chinese conglomerate listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and one of the world’s largest players in construction chemicals and waterproofing materials.
The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent, as well as the required legal and regulatory approvals.
