Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados has concluded the sale to the Japanese multinational group Marubeni of DIBAN – Distribuidora de Insumos Agrícolas Bandeirantes
The M&A team of FLH Advogados has concluded the sale to the Japanese multinational group Marubeni of DIBAN – Distribuidora de Insumos Agrícolas Bandeirantes, a traditional player specialized in agricultural inputs and solutions headquartered in the state of São Paulo.
This is one of the most relevant M&A transactions in the sector, which represents the continuing interest from foreign investors in Brazilian agribusiness.
Transaction amount is very relevant but confidential.
Franco Leutewiler Henriques advised the sellers and relied on partners Vitor Henriques (pictured left), Gabriela Sella (pictured right), associates Diego Oliveira and David Hadley.
