FLH promotes new partners to labor and civil litigation areas

FLH – Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados announced the promotion of André Prado Freitas (pictured left) and Guilherme Moura (pictured right) as new partners in the labor and civil litigation areas, respectively.

André Prado Freitas has been acting in labor law for 15 years, with high technical capacity and adaptability. He has a post-graduate degree in Labor Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas, is specialized in Sports Law, and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.

Guilherme Moura has been practicing in the litigation and arbitration fields for 16 years, with emphasis on commercial disputes and strategic cases of civil, regulatory and corporate law. He also acts in the prevention of disputes and advises domestic and international clients. He holds an LL.M in Contract Law from Insper and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
