FreitasLeite advises on the Nex Crédito Agro – FIAGRO issue

FreitasLeite acted as deal counsel in the public offering of shares for the 2nd issuance of Nex Crédito Agro Fundo de Investimento nas Cadeias Produtivas do Agronegócio – FIAGRO Imobiliário.

The offering targeted retail investors and was conducted under the ordinary registration procedure pursuant to CVM 160, amounting to a total of BRL 50,822,921.20.

The Fund is a closed-ended investment vehicle managed by Nex Gestão de Recursos, with an investment policy focused on acquiring agribusiness-related fixed-income securities, primarily agribusiness receivables certificates. Vórtx Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acts as the fund’s administrator and also served as the lead coordinator of the public offering.
