FTI Consulting appoints a new specialist
FTI Consulting has announced the appointment of Enéas Moreira (pictured) as Executive Director of the company’s Forensic Consulting and Litigation segment in São Paulo.
The executive will lead FTI Consulting’s Litigation and Investigations practice in Brazil within the Forensic Consulting and Litigation segment. He brings more than 30 years of experience in international companies, working on fraud investigations, forensic accounting and compliance in various sectors.
During his career, Eneas has led multi-jurisdictional projects such as corporate investigations, forensic accounting, litigation and arbitration support, compliance and fraud risk assessments, M&A projects, tax planning and acquisition structuring, due diligence, contractual issues and risk assessments.
FTI Consulting’s Risk and Investigations team in São Paulo is uniquely positioned to deal with local and international investigations and disputes. In addition to Moreira, the team includes Gustavo Morales Oliver, a specialist in disputes and investigations, and Marcelo Zenkner, former Director of Compliance at Petrobras, a veteran prosecutor and specialist in investigations and compliance.
