G&B helps in Miniso’s incorporation in Nicaragua

García & Bodán has assisted CIRI on the authorisation to start operations of the international franchise Miniso in Nicaragua

 García & Bodán Nicaragua has counselled CIRI Honduras on the incorporation, registration and authorisation of CIRI Nicaragua, which will be the company through which the Miniso international franchise will operate, as well as on the signing of a lease agreement in the exclusive Galerías Santo Domingo Shopping Centre, where the first Miniso shop in Nicaragua is located, which opened in December 2021, and a lease agreement in the Metrocentro Shopping Centre, which will open in the coming months.

Miniso is a Chinese chain of low-cost shops specialising in household and consumer goods, including cosmetics, stationery, toys and kitchenware. It has expanded outside the Chinese market and operates 1,800 shops in Asia, Europe, Australia, Africa, North and South America.
