Galdino Pimenta Advogados announces a new partner
Galdino, Pimenta, Takemi, Ayoub, Salgueiro, Rezende de Almeida Advogados has announced the arrival of Bernardo Accioly (pictured) to the firm.
A specialist in corporate restructuring, strategic litigation, institutional relations, and sports governance, Accioly will add value to the services the firm offers to various companies, strengthening the team led by partner Flavio Galdino.
Accioly has 30 years of experience and a focus on legal management, corporate governance, and compliance, having worked in law firms, large companies, holding companies, and sports entities. In addition, he has international academic experience, teaching, and authoring, recognized for his leadership in the legal and institutional transformation of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo between 2013 and 2019.
Bernardo Accioly holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), where he completed his undergraduate studies between 1992 and 1996. He holds an MBA in Economic and Business Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro (FGV/RJ), completed between 1997 and 1998, as well as an LL.M. in Corporate Law from IBMEC/RJ, completed between 2009 and 2010. In 2019, he completed a Global Master’s in International Sports Law at ISDE in Madrid, Spain.
