García & Bodán and Asensio Andrade Flores part ways
The two firms joined forces in 2015 when Asensio Andrade Flores merged with the Guatemala office of regional law firm García & Bodán.
According to a joint statement, the split is amicable with both firms widely expected to collaborate in ongoing and future matters. The firms reverted to the denomination and structure prior to the 2015 merger.
With the departure of the Asensio Andrade Flores partners, the local office of García & Bodán will be home to five associates
García & Bodán regional managing partner Terencio Garcia highlighted the firm´s commitment to providing high quality service to its clients in Guatemala and elsewhere, adding that the firm maintains its expansion plans in Guatemala and Costa Rica.
