García & Bodán counsels Redwood on acquisition of VF Imagewear

García & Bodán has advised Redwood Capital Investments on the acquisition of subsidiaries of VF Corporation

 García & Bodán Honduras has counselled Redwood Capital Investments, LLC, on the acquisition of two Honduran subsidiaries of VF Corporation. The transaction included the acquisition of VF Imagewear, Inc, a subsidiary of VF Corporation, including its operations in the United States, Honduras, Mexico and Panama.

Redwood Capital Investments is a private equity firm based in Hanover, Maryland, founded in 2006. The firm is focused on investing in real estate, infrastructure and marketable securities.

VF Corporation is a leading apparel and footwear company founded in 1993 in Honduras, with multiple production facilities in Villanueva, Cortés, Honduras.
