Garrigues adds labour law expert in Chile

Garrigues announced that Barbara Vera, a lawyer with over 10 years’ experience in labour law in the Chilean market, has joined the firm. 

Vera graduated in law in 2004 at the Universidad de Chile and spent the next seven years in private practice, working at the labour groups of Chilean law firms Claro and Carey. She joined Codelco, Chile´s copper mining company in 2015 and became head of the labour department. At Garrigues, Vera is set to strengthen and lead the labour and employment law department in Chile.
