Garrigues Colombia acts on the acquisition of Álaga by Integrity Holding

Garrigues Colombia has counseled Integrity Holding in the acquisition of 100% equity in Álaga, a company focused on developing activities related to data analysis and the provision of credit, from Assenda Inversiones, a wholly owned subsidiary of Organización Carvajal.

Álaga is a Cali-based fintech company specializing in digital credit for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The shares were transferred on May 17, 2025.

Garrigues Colombia’s team was led by partners Andres Ordoñez Rizo (pictured left), Roberto Borrás Polanía (pictured center), along with principal associates Guillermo Gómez Fernández (pictured right) and Lissa Parra Alarcón. Associates Juliana Bernal Giraldo, Cristina González Restrepo and David Rojas Forero were also part of the team.
