Garrigues counsels Vector Capital on acquisition of Global Securities
Garrigues, through its Bogotá office, has counselled Vector Capital Corredores de Bolsa, a Chilean broker-dealer, on an agreement for the acquisition of 94.9999% of Global Securities Comisionista de Bolsa, a Colombian broker-dealer.
The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and applicable regulatory approvals.
The acquisition of the majority stake represents a strategic investment and Vector’s first entry into the Colombian market.
