Garrigues in $60m credit line to ATP Fiber Colombia

Garrigues, through its teams in Colombia, Chile and Peru, together with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, has advised fibre optic infrastructure provider ATP Fiber Colombia on a USD $60 million international credit facility granted by Scotiabank and Bancolombia (Panama branch).

The transaction was closed on 10 April, where the credit facility was guaranteed by ATP Fiber Colombia’s subsidiaries in Colombia, Chile, Peru and the United States.

The lenders were advised by Cuatrecasas Colombia, Cuatrecasas Chile, Miranda & Amado Abogados and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.

Gabriel Musso and Carolina Salazar acted as in-house counsels to ATP Fiber Colombia.

Simpson Thacher & Barlett’s team included partner Juan F. Mendez.

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton’s team was led by partner Juan Giraldez.

Cuatrecasas’ team consisted of partners Juan Carlos Puentes and Macarena Ravinet in Colombia and Chile, respectively.

Miranda & Amado’s team was represented by partner Juan Luis Avendaño.
